Tayler grew up riding horses and working in the barn, learning the meaning of hard work from an early age. Her dad was a carpenter by trade, and she spent most of her time as his shadow, learning all there was to know about carpentry. After high school she went to work for a construction company and even spends time within the family business in the septic industry. Tayler has learned and mastered multiple rolls over the years and that made her an ideal fit to step in as the Chief Operating Officer for Slaten Rail Division. When she is not keeping the railroad division organized, she and her carpenter husband are busy camping, hiking, and raising their two handsome young boys.
