Relocation of a fast-growing company to our hometown of St. Charles. Renovations consisted of a complete re vamp of a 103,000 ft² former food packing facility. The warehouse food and packing assembly lines were removed and demolished entirely to make way for a state-of-the-art warehouse racking storage as well as multiple installations of packaging machines involving a massive upgrade of existing electrical, concrete cutting and underground plumbing. The 4000 ft² office space was gutted and completely overhauled to accommodate 15 brand new offices from floor to ceiling including all new electrical, mechanical and plumbing components as well as ADA upgrades.
